Borealis Bling, Mixed Vintageables are bits and pieces of vintage jewelry I have redesigned and transformed into wearable art. Hopefully for the enjoyment of the new wearer.
These Aurora Borealis crystals were part of a necklace from the 80s that I had purchased at an estate sale in Chicago. I thought the necklace would be more fun as a pair of earrings. They have great movement and they sparkle and shine. I photographed them on different backgrounds to show all the different colours in them.
They are 2.5" long. I have gone with gold tone hardware for the warmer tones in the crystals. They are not heavy. You only remember you have them on, when you start getting compliments.
