1980s USA Traditional Louis Vuitton LV monogram satchel
What is there to say. This is a great looking bag. A classic Louis satchel. A little history behind this bag, I have been the only owner. It was purchased just out side Chicago in Evanston, IL At the Neiman Marcus in Old Orchard shopping center. John Lennon had been shot Dec 8, 1980. On December 14, 1980 there was A silent vigil around the world. After the vigil. I went shopping and got the bag. The key works perfectly in the lock. There is some patina on the brass fixtures. Handles have been restitched. A very tiny scrap I took a close up of it. Of course age and play wear. Interior very nice a couple of. Tiny ball point pen marks. Louis Vuitton true to form stands the test of time. I stopped using it about 25 years ago, when I got into vintage every thing. Any questions I am happy to help.
